Alternator Assembly Process

Every alternator is remanufactured to meet or exceed original manufacturing specifications and is tested thoroughly for performance and quality. 

Each unit contains-

* Highest quality bearings w/ high temp. grease

* 50A high temp. diode rectifier plates

* Highest quality voltage regulators and accessories

* Highest quality rotors and stators w/ 400+ degree F. insulation

Pricing for these units-$49.00 - $79.00 most applications GM, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Honda, Acura.

All backed with a 1 year limited warranty.

Note: pricing may be slightly higher for rare items requiring additional machining etc.

Starter Assembly Process

Every starter is remanufactured to meet or exceed original manufacturer specifications.  Vigourous machine load tests are performed to assure a quality long lasting product.  Each units contains-

* Highest quality switch solenoids w/cadmium plated contacts.

* Self lubricating bushings. each individualy sized to tight tolerances.

* Drives are remanufactured w/ high temp. grease, new rollers, springs and drive caps.

* Armatures are remanufactured w/ new commutators and machined for roundness.

Pricing for most starters- $49.00 - $79.00 w/ exchange plus tax
